Ballet is harder than it looks. Period.
Studies of professional ballet dancers in the United States have shown that what dancers do is as difficult as what professional football players do. It is not hard, then, to imagine the amount of training the body gets when you do ballet.
In ballet, every inch of your muscles is actively engaged in movements.
Dancing ballet can counteract the aging effects of gravity, reduce stress, & release serotonins in your brain.
It will also give you more strength, flexibility, better alignment & infinite grace- for life! & Keep dancing for Jesus!
