Take some time to journal… 🩡


There is something beautiful about journaling…
Whether it’s Bible journaling, or personal journaling, it is very soothing & therapeutic to write out your thoughts on paper. 
I have been sharing a small amount of my spiritual journal, just as a way to hopefully inspire or encourage some of you all, but I definitely don’t share my personal journal! Oh, you wouldn’t want to read that! 
(I mean to burn all of those before I die!)
Anyway, it’s really quite inspiring to get your thoughts, feelings & emotions on paper… try it! I promise you’ll feel better! 🩷

  1. I love to journal! Always have. :) :) :) My new favorite thing is to write down 5 things I’m grateful for right before going to sleep. Very good for your spiritual and physical health. πŸ©΅πŸ’™πŸ©·
