A very exhilarating day! 🌲
We had an adventurous day to say the least…
We set out on a four hour hike & it got really long, adventurous & uhh… fun. 😉 The truth is; we got lost.
Someone (a smart individual in the group ) decided that they knew a short cut. Needless to say, that was the beginning of our exhausting, exhilarating journey.
Somebody looked over & said, “I think this is how those ‘I shouldn’t be Alive’ episodes start.” Yeah, it’s a miracle that we survived! 😉 haha (Lies. I knew we would be fine.)
(My stomach muscles were already hurting from somebody who dared me to hold the plank longer than them yesterday. Oh, yes. I won.)
It was so beautiful though to take in the gorgeous Mountain Views, the epic outdoor scenery & breathe in the lovely fresh air. Ahhh… breeeeathe deep, y’all! (You may just catch that mountain breeze from over here in the blue ridge mountains of Virginia!) 💙🤍💙🌲

ReplyDeleteYes, we did take a neat “shortcut”. welllll…. We did sorta get lost! But I wasn’t concerned… I mean, really, we would find our way out of the deep woods somehow. ;) 🌻🪻🪷🌺🌷🌹
Oh, yes! That was exciting to say the least! I loved it though! The woods were stunning, and the exercise was worth it. I like that sore feeling the next day! 😊
