Is it worth it? 

The longer you wait for something, the more you value it. 

Because anything worth having is worth the wait. 

You have to make a choice in life, have it now, and you’ve spoiled all of the specialness, the strength of say, even your first kiss, because… You’ve done this a thousand times before with different people. And who cares now? 

Or wait now, so that later, all of your holding backs, your refusals to men who you know aren’t the one, your waiting, your patience is a token of your love. 

All those firsts, they’ll be worth it. 

Personally, I think:

I mean, imagine looking your future spouse in the eyes, giving them alone all those firsts, with no regrets. ❤️

Funny how more people will go out of there way to tell you, “Give up. Purity is extinct. You’ll never find true happiness until you experience the real world, date some guys,  La da da…”

Yeah, like getting your heart broken over and over, fornicating and sinning is fulfilling? Never. 

Purity is real. 

(Besides, I KNOW what the ‘real world’ is like. And I don’t like it.) 

So, let’s all be sweet, okay? 

Where’s the people to step out and tell you, “Keep going! God has got this. Purity works. Love waits.” 

It’s okay, if you can’t find that encouragement, be that encouragement!
